My Story…
It's amazing how many days/years I went through an entire day with a smile on my face, yet underneath it with a head full of pain and aches wanting to pull my eye ball out, but I pulled through and kept on moving forward. I would joke I had an "eye ball" headache just to make it through the day. Come to find out after having a 3 day,24 hour long migraine, I went to the ER to find I didn't go home. I woke up downtown after having brain surgery having a tumor removed which was slow growing inside my head for 20+ years. Talk about something to enhance headaches and migraines, wow. I am very blessed to be here today. I now have some grasp of my migraines - at this time, but anything can change. Still waking up w/a migraine daily for a week is a scary thing to endure, thank goodness it doesn't happen as much now. But it is a fight I will have to endure for the rest of my life. I have found this organization and am very excited to walk miles for migraines for myself and others who have experienced what I have and are still dealing with it also. I hope anyone dealing with migraines can find some peace as I have and keep working on it daily as I am. Please help the unseen pain we fight with. Sometimes we can get help and sometimes we can't, but we're all still trying. Keep your chin up ! Lots of prayers, hopes and dreams, we can do this!
